Chardonnay, direct press pinot noir and a splash of sauv blanc here.
Golden colour. Brine and nuts, distinctly oxidative style, with oranges and plenty of tang. It’s powdery in texture, all samphire and saline things, but has a bit of electricity about it, and a juicy and zesty flavour. It’s not at all fruity, but has a lot of interest and personality. It’s a little like Manzanilla in a way, and would work very well with salty bar snacks and the like. Perhaps not for everyone, though I really like it. Off-kilter but good. - The Wine Front
