Ve d’Avior is the personal project of Cati Ribot, a third generation grape farmer, the inaugural vintage in 2019. Her family's 14 hectare estate, Galmes I Ribot, is located in Santa Margalida, North East Mallorca. An island bathed in sunshine, the summers are hot, the winters mild. After gradually taking the reigns at her family winery, she began to convert all the farming to organic. Cambuix is a blend of native varieties escursac, callet, callet negro and monto negro. This summertime smasher is loaded with rhubarb, pomegranate and cranberry with rosehip tea and licks of underlying vegetal characteristics. Freshness in abundance!
