An intensely pear driven liqueur here which is the result of using perfectly matured pears, which are picked at peak ripeness, and then macerated and blended with BRILLET Cognac and Madagascan vanilla sugar. There are approximately 18 pears used for each bottle made. A perfect pairing with cheese, as a sweet digestif of to add a little kick to your coffee!!
